Take a Risk (Intro Nights)
A place to stop playing it safe.
What counts as a risk varies.
One person might sing
without hesitation.
Another would never consider it.
For someone, the edge is
standing up and being seen.
For someone else, it’s saying something true they’ve kept to themselves.
You’ll know where your edge is.
It’s the place where you hesitate.
Where your heart speeds up.
Where you start thinking about how you might be
judged or misunderstood.
That’s usually where something real is.
This work is about going there.
Not recklessly, but deliberately.
With awareness. With support.
Each evening begins with simple movement to get you into your body and out of your head. From there, you’ll be invited to take a risk—
your risk, not someone else’s.
You won’t be pushed, but you won’t be able to hide either.
You’ll be asked to show up, to take a step, and to stay present while you do it.
Just as important, you’ll be part of the room.
Not just taking risks, but allowing others to take theirs.
Letting it land.
Staying with what happens.
On the other side of that edge, something shifts:
More aliveness.
More contact.
More of you.
