Is “Take a (small) Risk” for you?
Probably, if you're curious.
You don't need to be fearless, outgoing, or experienced. Most people arrive a little nervous.
You do need to be willing to surprise yourself.
These evenings work best when people are open to experimenting, playing a little, feeling a little awkward, laughing, getting moved, and not knowing exactly what's going to happen next.
Some moments may feel light.
Some may feel tender.
Some may be unexpectedly joyful.
Some may bring up bigger feelings than you anticipated.
None of that is the goal.
It's simply part of being human.
What matters most is a willingness to stay present with yourself and with the people around you.
It might not be the right fit if...
...you're looking for certainty.
...you need to know exactly how the evening will unfold before you can enjoy it.
...you prefer observing to participating.
...you tend to have a very fixed idea of how a facilitator, a group, or other people should behave, and find it difficult when reality doesn't match the script.
...you're hoping someone else will change your life for you.
This work asks for flexibility, curiosity, and a willingness to let the evening become what it becomes.
