Is this workshop a fit for you?

This is an experiential, relational workshop.

The work happens in real time, between people. You will be invited to show more of yourself than you usually do and to stay present as others respond.

At times this may feel engaging. At times it may feel uncomfortable or edgy.

What this asks of you

You don’t need prior experience, but you do need a willingness to participate.

This includes naming what’s true for you, staying engaged when things don’t go your way, and receiving reflection from others without immediately defending or shutting down. You’ll also be part of supporting others as they take similar risks.

When this may not be a good fit

This workshop is unlikely to be a good fit if you need to control the environment in order to feel comfortable, prefer to observe rather than participate, or tend to stay in analysis rather than direct experience.

What to expect

There will be moments of connection and moments of chaos. While many activities will be curated, not everything will be structured.
The work is often about what emerges in the moment.

Support is present. It does not remove discomfort, but rather encourages you to stay with it and get curious.

You can say no to anything at any time.
