Growth happens in relationship

We're living in an age of unprecedented connection and profound isolation. We scroll, watch, react, and consume—but rarely risk being fully known.

Being in the room with other people can't be replicated.
Relationship is messy. It's uncomfortable.
It's nourishing. We affect each other.
We misread each other. We surprise each other.
And in the middle of all that, we discover parts of ourselves we could never find alone.

Every relationship with the power to change us requires risk. The risk of honesty. The risk of visibility.
The risk of staying in contact when every instinct says to protect ourselves. That's the invitation these groups share.

Summer Workshop:
Risk Being Seen
(Sep 11-13, 2026)

To be seen is both deeply human
and deeply risky.

Risk Being Seen is a 2.5-day embodied workshop exploring the protective patterns that limit authentic expression, connection, and aliveness.

A middle-aged man and woman smiling and looking at each other while standing outside in a garden area with green trees and plants. The man is wearing glasses, a white shirt, and has short hair. The woman has shoulder-length curly hair, glasses, and is wearing an orange sweater.

Couple’s Workshop
Risk Being All In
Oct 10-11, 2026

Intimacy asks you to risk honesty, vulnerability, desire, conflict, and love.

Risk Being All In is an experiential couples workshop for partners ready to deepen intimacy through greater honesty, emotional presence, and relational courage.

8 Month Cohort
Risk Being Known
(Nov 2026 - June 2027)

Most people long to be deeply known while also defending against it.

Risk Being Known is an 8-month embodied relational process designed to support greater authenticity, emotional capacity, and meaningful connection.

Introductory Evenings
Take a Risk
(various evenings)

Connection requires risk.

Take a Risk is an experiential intro night exploring what happens when we soften protective patterns and allow ourselves to be more present, expressive, and real with others.

“We can’t do it alone…we are not capable of healing in isolation. We need other people…we are hurt in relationship and we heal in relationship”
